Seating for people with disabilities and people with limited mobility is located on the west side of the tier.

Barrier-free toilets are located to the right and left of the main entrance, in the immediate vicinity of the accessible parking spaces.

Tickets for wheelchair users are not sold through Castello, but may be purchased directly from the respective event organiser.
